The Hours
hoo...i finally finished watching The Hours, which i had promised to watch .
i went through my promise...yeah!
well...frankly, this is my First Time to watch this kind of material of story.
the whole story is surrounded by serious soundtrack(which gets me feared!)
what i m trying to say is that the atmosphere of the film is pretty fearful for me! really.
but i was still paying full attenttion to watch the whole story and even re-played some .
since i m stupid, the film is really tough for me to understand its POINT .
i still can't find out what message is the story trying to point out.
does sth about REAL LIFE it want to point out?
oh ...yes, did everyone notice that Virginia Woolf's outlook(appearance) not like Nicole Kidman!!
to prove it, i did try to compare photos between Virginia Woolf n Nicole Kidman.
yet, i still can't believe they are only same one! face-lift?!
another thing which confused me is about the expecting mother...
i really really have no idea abt why she wanted to kill herself while she had a good husband, a cute son and unborn baby...just a Happy family, right? why didn't she treasure them but destroyed the happiness! Left her oneself at the end...For What?!
it is just ridiculous and doesn't make sense.
i re-played it to find out why, but in vain.
my find-out is :the story doesn't explain why at all !
the good thing left for me abt watching this film is :
there must be sth(mayeb a messgae) it wants to point out which i can't find out!
which drives me to think occasionaly about the story...
maybe Daphne can tell me its point.
overall, this film is the most profound one i 've ever watched.
